FAQ's
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship within New Zealand but stay tuned!
How do pre-orders work?
From time to time we make products available to pre-order, so you can reserve it before it is in stock or otherwise available!
When will I be charged for a pre-order?
Your chosen payment method will be charged as normal when you place your order.
Do I need to create an account to shop with you?
No - new customers are able to checkout as a guest when shopping with Lost + Found.
We do recommend setting up an account as it will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us. Plus it will give you benefits such as order tracking, regular newsletters, and (our favourite bit) exclusive discounts and special offers.
You can sign up right now, or you can start shopping straight away and set your account up when you check out, whichever suits you best.
Just follow the easy steps on screen and remember to have your payment and address details on hand.
I didn't get an order confirmation or shipping notification yet?
Order notifications are usually sent out immediately after the order is finished. Shipping notifications can take longer since they are sent out after the package has left our warehouse.
If you didn't get your notifications in time, please email us at hello@lost-found.co.nz so we can help you with your individual order.
Can I cancel/amend my order?
We are really quick at picking, packing, and processing your order to make sure you receive it ASAP. This means you are unable to cancel or amend an order once you have placed it.
Can I return my product?
